Adults should always inflate the balloons and supervise children under 8 years of age. It’s always best to inflate the balloons as close as possible to the event. How well your balloon stays filled or floats in the air very much depends on how much it has been filled, how it has been tied, what the weather on the day is like (are they in direct sunlight? or extreme temperature?), and how the balloons have been stored (they don’t react well to extreme temperatures).
